Co-creative cooking as societal glue.
From youth project to Swiss-wide association
In a world often marked by hustle and isolation, Kulinarik creates spaces for meaningful connection. Through shared cooking and dining, we foster exchange between generations, cultures, and communities. What started as a youth project in Murten has grown into a thriving association, inspiring people to take action and strengthen their networks.
Promoting young talent
In 2025, we want to continue consistently down this path in connection and shared-value creation: We support young restaurateurs, enable them to independently implement workshops and pop-up events and thus anchor culinary projects in local structures. Sustainability, community and the joy of doing things together are always the focus.
Free and inclusive workshops
Our workshops are accessible and free for our target groups: seniors, youth, and refugees. With a flexitarian approach focused on sustainable and local cuisine, we welcome all dietary preferences. High standards in hygiene and preparation are a given, as is the presence of at least two workshop leaders responsible for the organization, execution, and success of the project. In 2025, these workshops will be offered across Switzerland, bringing people from diverse backgrounds together in the kitchen and around the table.

Our events generate no revenue: we either collect donations for external organizations or use the funds to reward our helpers. One example is benefit dinners, which not only offer culinary delight but also create significant social value.
In addition to workshops, we promote co-creative events such as benefit galas, pop-ups, or catering for local occasions, organized together with people from the respective community. These unique events bring individuals from diverse backgrounds together to create something special for their community—like the Jungbürger:innen celebration in Murten.
