On May 10, 2025, our Herb Walk is taking place!

Workshop Leader: Elmar Bürgy

We will meet at 9:00 AM at the Cabane

There, we will have a forest excursion with former gamekeeper Elmar Bürgy, where we will explore the local wild vegetation, learn about foraging, and collect edible plants. More information here: https://www.coolinarik.ch/en/team-4 

At noon, we will cook and eat together over an open fire, preparing a delicious meal with the plants we collect (risotto, vegetables, and meat for those who want it).

The event will end at 2:30 PM.

Please bring forest-appropriate clothing and tick spray. 

Optional: The Coolinarik team will be heading back to the kitchen to preserve, pickle, or ferment as much of the foraged goods as possible—feel free to join if you're interested! This will last until 6 PM.
