On November 14, 2025, we invite you to a nature conservation dinner at the Murten Reformed Church —a fine dining evening celebrating the taste of the forest.

Together with our team, we serve a multi-course menu made from regional, collected and preserved ingredients from our workshops – including a whole wild boar , fresh wild herbs and fermented delicacies.

With this evening, we'd like to say thank you to Elmar Bürgy , a former gamekeeper, passionate cook, and loyal companion to our nature workshops. Over the past two years, he has shown us how to find mushrooms, herbs, and fish in the forest—and how to use them to conjure up unforgettable dishes over the campfire.

The proceeds from the evening will go towards a gift for Elmar and towards the continuation of our forest workshops in the coming years.

The dinner will take place from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM – accompanied by a musical performance and local wine and mocktails.
