Lukas Lauber
Luki, 27, hat in London, Berlin und Hamburg in nachhaltigen Hotels und Fine-Dining-Restaurants gearbeitet. Mit Deheim, einer Agentur für Community-Programme, unterstützt er Immobilienentwickler:innen und Gemeinden dabei, nachhaltige Gemeinschaftskonzepte zu schaffen. Sein Lebensziel ist es, starke Gemeinschaften zu fördern, die Isolation verringern, soziale Bindungen stärken und eine nachhaltigere Nutzung von Ressourcen ermöglichen – für eine lebenswertere Zukunft.



Cashier & Director of Health Promotion
Lynn Moser
Lynn, 23, studies Health Promotion & Prevention and works part-time as a fitness trainer. Her volunteer experience on Indian farms has deepened her perspective on sustainable and balanced nutrition. At Coolinarik, she ensures the finances are in order and passionately advocates for healthy eating and mindful lifestyles among young people.




Actuary & Artist
Doris Boschung
Doris is a passionate ceramic and visual artist (dobojo.ch) who brings together people from diverse backgrounds and social circles in her workshops. At Coolinarik, she serves as the secretary, contributing her invaluable life experience to help us stay grounded and focused.



Educational Director
Mauro Leuenberger
Mauro is responsible for the educational structure of the cooking workshops at Coolinarik. As a culinary instructor at the Orientation School, he brings valuable experience to the table and spends every summer cooking with differently-abled youth at a camp. Additionally, he is a passionate hobby pizzaiolo and pasta maker, infusing his enthusiasm for great food into every project.



Educational Director
Elmar Bürgy
Elmar Bürgy brings almost 15 years of experience as a chef and over 30 years as a gamekeeper and conservation officer. With his knowledge and passion for nature and cooking, he is an indispensable part of the Coolinarik project. Every year, he organizes several workshops in which he introduces participants to the secrets of our ecosystem. Through this, Elmar raises awareness of how we can responsibly interact with nature.

Creative Director Design
Sophie Grand-Guillaume-Perrenoud
Sophie, 25, is an art teacher at a high school in Neuchâtel and an artist in her own right. Beyond her passion for art, she has a special love for Italian cuisine and the creative presentation of dishes. At Coolinarik, we are incredibly grateful for her support – all the illustrations on our website are her work. Sophie is also available as a freelance artist. Auditor & Collaboration with Youth Work
Joelle Savary
Joelle is a youth worker in the Canton of Bern and has already founded two associations of her own. At Coolinarik, she serves as auditor and fosters collaboration with various OKJAs. Her latest association is dedicated to introducing young people to the concept of consensus. With her structured and reliable approach, she is a valuable and lasting addition to our team.




PR
Elja Leonetti
Elja combines a unique mix of enthusiasm and calmness. With her talent for welcoming and integrating new faces in our workshops, she creates an open and inviting atmosphere. As our PR lead, her goal is to share the stories and impressions from our workshops in a way that inspires even those who can’t actively participate – spreading the excitement for Coolinarik far and wide.




City-Head Genf
Melinda Dinh
Melinda aims to establish Geneva as a new hub for Coolinarik. As a PhD student specializing in integration, she combines academic expertise with hands-on experience in social initiatives. With her vibrant personality and diverse network, she is perfectly positioned to build a strong team and organize sustainable workshops and events in Geneva. P.S.: Melinda makes the best chili oil outside of Asia!




City-Head St.Gallen
Rafael Hug
There’s hardly anything Rafael can’t do. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, training in Japan on the art of Neapolitan pizza, and experience co-launching the award-winning sustainable Château de Raymontpierre, he brings incredible versatility to the table. From wild herb walks to homemade pasta and flawless sourdough, Rafael inspires while effortlessly maintaining a smile even after 15-hour days. St. Gallen couldn’t be in better hands.




City-Head Basel
Kollektiv Eulenspiegel
The Eulenspiegel collective from Basel takes charge of leading Coolinarik in the city. Closely connected to our president through their two-week pop-up during Art Basel, the team brings impressive expertise in fermentation. With their unpretentious approach to fine dining, they win guests’ hearts and demonstrate how accessible high-end cuisine can be. As an official branch of Coolinarik, they will actively enrich Basel’s culinary scene.




City-Head Aarau
Klub Fritto Misto
Klub Fritto Misto is a collective of young creatives from Aargau who have chosen culinary arts as their artistic medium. At their innovative events, they blend cuisine with various art forms to create one-of-a-kind experiences. Their journey into the culinary world has sparked an interest in social engagement, and we’re thrilled to collaborate with them!




External Consultant & Contact person for OKJA Murten
Yannick Oppliger
Yannick Oppliger co-founded the project that evolved into the Coolinarik association alongside Lukas Lauber during his time as an employee at OKJA Murten. He continues to support Coolinarik as a trusted advisor on public policy matters and is a welcome guest at workshops. Beyond his involvement with Coolinarik, Yannick is a successful rapper and works in a youth correctional facility, where he uses his creativity and empathy to inspire and empower young people.
