Hello dear food enthusiasts,

Workshop Leader:Mauro Leuenberger

The next workshop will take place on Sunday, March 23, 2025. As always, it’s free for all Murten residents aged 16-25, 60+, and non-native speakers.

We will meet at 9:30 AM at OSRM Main Entrance, where we will cook delicious homemade pasta together.

Everyone will make their own dough and shape pasta in different forms. To go with it, we will prepare a Bolognese sauce and homemade ravioli, using only local ingredients. For those who like an extra kick, we will also make a chili oil to drizzle over the ravioli.

🌱 Vegan options will be available, so everyone can enjoy a delicious meal together!

By 2:30 PM, we should be finished with everything, so everyone can still enjoy the (hopefully) good weather.
