This April, we’re thrilled to host an exclusive cooking class with the incredibly talented Marion Klammer—a rising star in the culinary world. Having honed her skills at Michelin-starred restaurants like Horváth and Cookies Cream (Europe’s first vegetarian Michelin-starred restaurant), Marion brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the kitchen.
What makes Marion truly special is her personal connection to her craft—she is both vegan and celiac, which has fueled her passion for creating delicious, gluten-free food. Frustrated by the lack of high-quality options, she launched Wanda (@wanda.berlin), a wildly successful pop-up in the heart of Berlin.
During this workshop, Marion will guide us through Wanda’s signature dish—Chicken 5000. This mouthwatering gluten-free, vegan fried chicken sandwich features crispy oyster mushrooms, nestled in a gluten-free brioche and topped with green goddess slaw, chili, and lemon mayo. Each participant will cook and taste this dish together, experiencing first-hand the magic of Marion’s approach.
