COOLINARIK is an association that brings people together through cooking and fosters encounters between generations and cultures. Together with the community center, we are organizing this open pizza workshop in the courtyard.

Join us! Together we'll learn how to make Neapolitan pizza in a fun and engaging way. We'll learn delicate techniques, gentle kneading, local ingredients, and then bake it for 180 seconds in a fiery 450-degree pizza oven.

Process:

16:00–18:00 Practice, try things out, have fun, dinner.

18:00–21:00 Open pizza baking, dancing and enjoyment.

The people in the courtyard of the community center will be our guinea pigs. They can try our pizzas for a donation. If you'd like, you can also help them create their own pizza. Workshops are also available for a donation.

The proceeds from donations go towards our Social Supper Club project. Through cooking together, we bring together young refugees, Swiss residents, and restaurants to foster exchange and create new perspectives. Here's a video from our pilot project in Zurich.
