Why COOLINARIK exists

At the Forum Innovation Sociétale of the University of Lausanne, we shared how COOLINARIK began and what drives us: bringing people to the same table who would otherwise hardly ever meet. Young and old, locals and newcomers, producers and consumers cook together and discover what connects them.

The forum brings together research, civil society and practice to make ideas for a more resilient society visible. We thank UNIL for the invitation and everyone who came to talk with us.
