Snacking with intelligence – sweet can also be healthy

This workshop for children ages 8 to 12 is all about smart snacking . Together, we'll explore, taste, and knead until we create colorful, sugar-free energy balls from natural ingredients .

The children learn how to turn their stomachs into a real energy engine – for concentration, strength, and good mood . At the end, they can take their homemade energy balls home (please bring a Tupperware container ).

Duration & Times:

The workshop lasts 90 minutes and takes place at the following times:

• 2:00–3:30 p.m.

• 4:00–5:30 p.m.

• 6:00 PM–7:30 PM

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time.

The workshop takes place in the Villa Zaubernuss at the Sternenmarkt in Bern.
