On Fine Dining Evening , it's all about rocking the kitchen together! Together with Mauro Leuenberger and a diverse group of young people and seniors, we'll transform Murten into a small gourmet restaurant.

You can help cook in the kitchen , arrange dishes artfully , shake cocktails or tell the stories behind the ingredients in the service – from wild herbs and mushrooms from the forest to game from sustainable hunting.

The dinner is a true fine-dining experience with meaning : We are collecting donations for new nature conservation workshops, sustainable packaging and a thank you for our gamekeeper and chef Elmar Bürgy .

As a small thank you, you will receive a COOLINARIK apron – and of course you can join in the tasting, enjoying and celebrating .
