About the event
Be part of a special culinary and human experience! This workshop is part of our Social Supper Club project – an initiative that builds bridges between generations and cultures by bringing young people, seniors and newcomers together in the kitchen.
10:00 am | Market Experience: We start at the Freiburg market to select fresh ingredients and get to know the local producers who enrich our region.
12:00 – 16:00 | Workshop at the École du Jura: Let's get cooking! Under the guidance of PP Clément , head chef of the sustainable fine-dining restaurant Au Chasseur , we will create seasonal amuse-bouches together that reflect the diversity of our canton.
The experience extends beyond sharing a meal: those who wish can put what they've learned directly into practice and join us in catering for the Juvenalia Festival on June 12th and 13th . It's the perfect opportunity to strengthen existing connections and be part of a local event.
The most fun, of course, is to be in the kitchen together. However, if you are unable to participate in person, you can support the project with a donation (CHF 50.– / 70.– / 100.–).
