A dinner against food waste

Together with the GLP Seeland, we have set ourselves the mission of motivating people to throw away less food. To achieve this, we conjure up a delicious four-course meal from rescued ingredients that would otherwise have ended up in the trash.

Look forward to a special evening with sustainable cuisine, live music, and inspiring encounters between generations and cultures. The evening combines enjoyment with a commitment to a more conscious approach to food.

Workshop & Dinner

The dinner is part of a two-day event. The day before, there's a workshop where you'll learn practical techniques for reducing food waste in everyday life. You can also get hands-on experience and help prepare the menu.

participation

The menu has a minimum suggested donation price of CHF 60 to cover costs. By participating, you also support our work for sustainable nutrition and community gatherings.

Anyone who wants to can also actively participate and become part of our Social Supper Clubs by helping with cooking or service and together creating a special evening for the guests.
