Together with Mauro, we'll show you in OSRM how to conjure up surprisingly delicious dishes from food that might not look perfect anymore. From pickling and creative leftover cooking to making dumplings, we'll develop various skills as a team, test new ideas, and discover exciting flavors.

The workshop thrives on collaborative experimentation: We cook together, learn from each other, and of course, eat together at the end .

The workshop is open to everyone , takes place on a donation basis and is organized in cooperation with the GLP .
