Discover the taste of spring!


Join Susanna for a hands-on workshop where tradition meets creativity. Together we'll gather wild garlic, dandelions, and other seasonal wild herbs, and learn how to safely identify, harvest, and use them.


Back in the kitchen, we transform our foraged treasures into a fresh, vibrant spring lunch. Susanna also demonstrates simple methods for preserving herbs – so you can take the flavors of spring home with you.


A relaxed, hands-on experience celebrating intergenerational knowledge, creativity, and homemade delicacies. Everyone goes home with something they've made themselves.
